Pilot · paired by hand
For couples · v1 out now

Joint. Two names. One inbox. Every subscription you share.

The joint inbox and subscription vault built for couples. No improvised shared Gmail, no forwarded screenshots, no "who pays for this?" — just a shared address you both own, and a credential locker for the dozen log-ins a household quietly accumulates.

How it works

One address, two owners, every household service tied to its own login.

Joint layers a couple-first experience on top of the email and password primitives that already exist. You get a single turnkey product, not another stack of DIY workarounds.

  1. Claim your shared address.

We mint a canonical address like hearth-and-you@joint.email. Both partners sign in, neither can be silently removed.

  2. Forward the household chaos into it.

Billing emails, statements, service sign-ups — set the FROM once, Joint categorizes, labels, and links each message to a service vault.

  3. Stop being the default IT desk.

Either of you can answer "what’s the Wi-Fi password" or "who pays for Spotify?" — the vault and the ledger are already there, waiting.

Inside the vault

What sits in the joint inbox — and what stays private.

Inbox

A shared address you both own.

One canonical address, both partners signed in. Inbound mail fans out to each of you and lands in a single joint feed — not a forwarded CC, not a screenshot.

Vault

A credential locker for the household.

Logins for streaming, smart-home, insurance, recurring bills — stored once, available to both. No more "where do we keep the Disney+ password."

Ledger

Who's paying for what — answered.

Receipts tie to the service they concern. The $14.99 Hulu charge becomes "Hulu · Streaming · paid by Sam," not a mystery row in a personal inbox.

Stays joint

Everything that one of you has to look up when the other is asleep.

  • Streaming & TV
  • Smart-home & devices
  • Insurance & utilities
  • Cloud storage & backups
  • Domain & web hosting
  • Subscription boxes

Stays private

The surprise gift, the personal medical bill, the OKCupid login.

Flag anything as just mine — it disappears from the shared inbox and the other partner never sees it. Joint is opinionated about defaults being shared, not about forcing everything to be.

Limited pilot · 112 of 200 households paired

Get on the list. We pair households one at a time.

Drop a name and a reply address. We open a thread, ask three questions, and add you to the next available pairing window.

Opens your mail client to hearthvault-3@polsia.app — no account required.

We never sell your address, never sync your data to anyone’s CRM, and never email you more than twice during the pilot. Privacy-first is the only kind that makes sense for a product built around trust.
