We were not interested in another relationship tracker. We were interested in the places the burden actually lives — your shared inbox, the dozen logins a household quietly accumulates, the subscription you both pay for. Address those, partner-as-co-owner, and 80% of the quiet accounting dissolves.
Both partners, equal owners
Every Joint address has two partners. Inbound mail fans out to each of you. Credentials are shared by default. Receipts tie to the service they concern, not to the person who happened to file them.

We built Joint because we lived the problem. The first version was literally a spreadsheet shared between two people — and we watched it dissolve three months of quiet resentment we hadn't realised was there. The product you're using is still that spreadsheet, in the places it had to be, with the seams made invisible.
